Wonderful

Executive Lounge buffet offers more selection than expected! The services are excellent, we really appreciated for all the helps provided, especially the bed change.

The TV selection is very very limited. Also, cannot mirror Netflix to TV with my iPhone, or Samsung Pad. No Type C connection in the room.

Very Good

The location of the hotel is very good. At first I got a room which was relatively noisy as there was a cooling system humming right outside the window but the receptionist was very friendly and gave me another room. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I like the style of the hotel.

I understand that the hotel wants to secure itself with a reservation on the credit card. My reservation has still not been canceled after 2 weeks and after checking with the credit card company it will probably be left standing and expire after a month. This is not very customer-friendly and causes unnecessary expense for the customer.

Kudos to excellent service from both staff and management

The service is excellent. The management takes feedback seriously and spare no effort in service recovery and rectification of inadequacies. This makes for a very positive stay experience. The room is spacious and the location is good.

The fixtures and furnishings are rather dated. But generally, most are well maintained.

Great hotel in need to a refresh, but terrific staff.

Comfortable room but needs a refresh as is looking worn. Need to improve device connections rather than using the supplied adaptor or the clunky bedside multiuse clock. Breakfast not as good as previously. Hard to control the water temperature in the shower. Staff fantastic. Rooms were very clean.

Shower - water control and the shower stall is a little small. water temperature varied greatly whilst using the shower. Not a great selection of fruit etc for breakfast.

Awesome

I like how beautiful the room was. The room was elegantly decorated. I love that the TV could be used for screen mirroring. And they gave us a free teddy bear that was so cute and red wine and apples for our anniversary.

The breakfast is good but can still be improved like add just a little bit more choices like a rice coz some people might prefer eating rice for breakfast but everything tastes delicious. I also expected that there was a fireplace in our room since it was in the details of our room as well as in the photos but apparently the room didn't had a fireplace. I was actually excited to have a fireplace in the room but anyway we just opted not to ask the hotel when we saw the room as we were happy with the beauty of the room and we felt lazy that we might be asked to be transferred to another room

Great 36 hours staycation with afternoon tea set

We really enjoyed our stay at Langham Hong Kong. At the check-in my husband received a welcome gift just because I mentioned that it was his birthday when I made reservation (which means they do pay attention!). +The room and amenities were great +TV had lots of interesting international channels +Great soaking bathtub +We loved afternoon tea set +Breakfast had lots of healthy choices and variety +Staff really friendly and courteous

-Mattress was a bit hard (but that's just my preference) -No coffee machine in room Overall great 5 star hotel and we highly recommend for staycation!

The perfect rest at the end of a very busy year.

I had a very restful stay. I enjoyed my quiet Breakfast in the lLobby Cafe each morning. Staff were excellent. Room service food was delicious. The choir singing in the Lobby was such a treat. I loved it.

I was very disappointed in the outlook...all construction and I had to have the curtains shut at all times. TV was very limited.

Front desk staff was very accommodating in giving us a room on the highest floor as requested.

The towels in the room did not smell good.

Perfect location and best value for money

Love the convenient location and room size. There was a slight issue with our room and the manager promptly resolved it, the staff were all highly professional and friendly so that made our stay really enjoyable.

The shower is a bit difficult to use.

We liked the breakfast and the location in the middle of TST The beds are vey good with good pillows and mattress Staff is helpful and friendly

Unfortunately the 10th Floor is right beneath the Club facility. Somebody of the staff was working very hard on shoes which made a lot of click clacking noise. This could easily be avoided. This continued till 11pm. The Pool was definitely not clean.

Great 1 bedroom suite- very comfortable bed The Staff is amazing! so helpful and friendly!

Breakfast was not so good. Some parts of the hotel is a bit "old" needs to be updated.
